Create what you can responsibly empower others with.
Ownership and licence
You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant PencilScope a worldwide, non-exclusive licence for the period the content is hosted, plus reasonable backup and legal-retention periods, to store, process, reproduce, format, stream, display, distribute and promote it solely to operate and market PencilScope and deliver authorised learner access.
Your warranties
You confirm that you created the content or hold every permission needed for text, questions, images, music, recordings, performances, video, personal data and brands. You must keep evidence of licences and participant releases. Educational purpose alone does not make copying lawful.
Accuracy and learner safety
Descriptions, qualifications, outcomes, schedules and claims must be accurate. Review AI-assisted material before publication, disclose material synthetic or simulated content, correct significant errors and never present unsupported professional advice or guaranteed results.
Offers and delivery
A priced offer may contain one or more products. You must deliver the published inclusions, dates, format, access duration and support described to learners. Material changes affecting existing learners require an appropriate remedy.
Payments and payouts
Learners pay before enrolment or booking. Eligible creator earnings may be held until completion and the review period, then consolidated on a weekly payout schedule. Processing, platform, meeting-usage, refund, dispute, reserve and currency-conversion adjustments may be deducted. Stripe onboarding and verification may be required. Creators remain responsible for their taxes.
Moderation and removal
PencilScope may review, unlist, restrict or remove content and hold payouts while investigating safety, quality, copyright, fraud or learner-service concerns. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account termination. Existing learner and legal records may be preserved.
Acceptance
Acceptance of these terms also confirms the current Responsible Use and Copyright Policies. A new acceptance may be required after a material revision.
