Learn with clear access, participation and payment expectations.

1. Accounts and eligibility

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in private. You must be at least 18, or participate through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Enrolment and access

Your purchase is for the published offer, whether it contains one product or a bundle. Access is personal, limited and non-transferable. Included products appear in My Learning after payment is confirmed.

3. Scheduled learning

For live online and in-person learning, join using the enrolled account and follow the published schedule, venue and participation instructions. Creators may add or adjust sessions within the disclosed course period and must communicate material changes.

4. Learning conduct

Participate respectfully. Do not disrupt sessions, impersonate another learner, share protected materials or meeting links, record people without permission, or submit another person’s work as your own.

5. Assessments and results

Quiz, test and mock-exam attempts may randomise questions. Your completion history and permitted results remain available in My Results, subject to retention, integrity and security requirements.

6. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Review the amount, currency and inclusions before checkout. Cancellations, refunds, service issues and disputes follow the Payments, Cancellations, Refunds and Disputes Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

7. Content use

Learning content is licensed for your own learning. Do not copy, sell, publish, scrape or use it to build a competing collection unless the creator or law expressly permits it.

8. Support and account action

Report access, safety, delivery or payment problems promptly. PencilScope may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security risk or serious policy breaches while preserving records needed for learning history, disputes, payments or law.

9. Applicable terms

These Learner Terms work with the Platform Terms, Privacy Notice, Responsible Use Policy and the terms displayed for the purchased offer. Singapore law applies, subject to mandatory protections where you live.
